1.1 Eligibility: Membership is available to individuals, startups, and businesses who complete the membership application process and agree to these ToS.
1.2 Access: Members will have access to the space as per the terms of their specific membership plan, which may include certain days of the week, hours, or designated areas.
2.1 Fees: Membership fees are due monthly and must be paid by the date specified in your membership agreement. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of membership privileges.
2.2 Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable except in circumstances where The Space Co-Working Space fails to provide the agreed-upon services.
3.1 General Use: The co-working space is to be used for professional purposes only. Any illegal activities or use of the space for unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Respect for Others: All members are expected to maintain a level of noise appropriate for a professional environment and to be respectful of other members' space and property.
4.1 Availability: The Space Co-Working Space provides access to office equipment, internet, and other facilities as per your membership level. Availability of these facilities may vary, and we do not guarantee their availability 100% of the time.
4.2 Care and Use: Members must use the facilities responsibly and are expected to leave the spaces as they found them.
5.1 By Member: Members may terminate their membership with one month's written notice.
5.2 By The Space: The Space Co-Working Space reserves the right to terminate any membership for non-payment, breach of these ToS, or if the behavior of the member is deemed detrimental to the co-working community.
The Space Co-Working Space will not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, or destruction of any personal property brought into or stored on the premises.
The Space Co-Working Space reserves the right to amend these ToS at any time. All amendments will be effective immediately upon posting the revised ToS at the premises or on our website.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Space Co-Working Space is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
